Check-in and Check-out Time:

Check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. If you require other arrangements, please request them prior to your arrival, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Check-out is 11:00 am.

Cancellation Policy:

Your reservation must be guaranteed with a personal check or money order in the amount of 25% of your rate payable to Four Seasons Guest Farm and mailed it to the address below. In the event of a cancellation, your will be refunded the deposit less a $25.00 administrative fee provided that you give notice a minimum of one week prior to your scheduled arrival. Holidays and Special Events require a two week cancellation notice.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is permitted outside on the porches. Smoking is not permitted inside the main or guest house at any time.

Pet Policy:

Guests are welcome to board their dogs during their stay at the farm. Kennels are provided for the use of our guests' dogs. The kennels are outside though fully covered and fenced. Each run has its own dog house. A heated water bowl is provided during winter months. Pets are allowed to explore the farm with their owners in tow. Guests are responsible for their pets, including all pet caused damages.

For the comfort of our guests, we do not permit guest's pets inside the houses at any time. 

Advanced notice is required for your pet to stay with you.
